Dave St. Clair taking his radio-controlled
paddleboat out for trials

Tugboats are always well represented

We had a bumper crop of boats this year. Total count .... how about 144!!

It was nice to see Ol' River Bill back at the Regatta!

Generations of model boaters

Both the operators and spectators enjoy the lakeside access

The awning of the old train shed provides the lake with both sunny and shady areas to sit and run your boat

A group looking over the Hartman Tug Plans. Dwight at Hartman Fiberglass has produced over 600 kits of this tug

A father and son at the helm? Yes, but no relation. Al let this curious youngster take his boat for a spin and you couldn't wipe the smile from the young captain's face

The awards are always unique and this year was no exception

The crack radio impound team -- always on the lookout for problems...or a few moments of rest

Every winner got their choice of an award or a cute puppy. But first you had to pry the puppy out of Tom O'Dell's hands

Mike Alligood was the lucky winner of a Hartmann Tug kit

Chris Gierszewski took both the People's Choice and Union Station Lake Award, as well as first place for his tall ship. You can see more information about his marvelous ship at www.rctallship.com
